iPad sign-in kiosk

Mount an iPad at reception in kiosk mode and let visitors sign themselves in — name, host, purpose of visit, and a photo from the front camera. The touch-friendly interface keeps the whole flow fast, and the device stays locked to the sign-in screen so nobody can wander off into other apps.

Branded badge printing

Print a visitor badge automatically as each guest signs in. Show your logo, the visitor photo, their host’s name, the sign-in time, and purpose of visit. Badge fields are customizable, so you can add a custom message such as a Wi-Fi passcode or a welcome line.

Host notifications

The moment a visitor checks in, their host gets an arrival notification by email and SMS — no more calling or emailing to track someone down. Notification preferences are set per host, so each employee gets alerted the way they prefer.

Visitor pre-registration

Pre-register expected visitors individually or in bulk by uploading an Excel file. Pre-registered guests appear automatically on the iPad kiosk for a near-instant sign-in, and employees can pre-register their own expected visitors from the dashboard.
