Is the hardware included in the cost?

No, the pricing information provided here only covers the software cost. You have the flexibility to buy the hardware yourself or buy it from us (only for US customers). In either case, we will provide you the recommendations for the hardware that works best with InstaCheckin.

How do you define a location?

For InstaCheckin, typically, each separate physical building represents a different location. You can use up to 5 iPad kiosks to check in visitors at a given location.

A rule of thumb is to ask the question whether you would want the visitor to check in at one kiosk and walk over to the other kiosk to pick up a visitor badge? If the answer is no, it typically means that the two kiosks should belong to two different locations and you should buy the subscriptions for those two locations.
