What is InstaCheckin?

InstaCheckin a modern visitor management solution. It allows you to sign-in your visitors/guests using an iPad-based app as well as a web-based dashboard. And all the visitor sign-activity can be seen from a web-based dashboard from anywhere with an internet connection.

How long will it take for me to setup InstaCheckin?

InstaCheckin is designed from scratch to be very simple to use. Once you install the InstaCheckin iPad app, most users are able to perform their first check-in within first 10 minutes. Don’t take our word, try it out for yourself!

Can I try it out before I buy?

InstaCheckin supports the following badge printers, currently:

Which iPads are supported with InstaCheckin?

InstaCheckin is supported on following devices running iOS 9.0 or newer:
iPad Air, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro

Logo / Visitor Photos / Check-in Controls

How do I configure visitor photos?

Please navigate to Kiosk Settings -> General Settings. Then select the location for which you want to change the configuration.
Under “New Visitors” section, if you select “Take Visitor Photo” option, then visitors will be prompted to take their photo during the check-in process. If you select the “Visitor photo optional” option, then visitors will be able to navigate to next screen without requiring to take their photo.

Similar settings can be configured for returning visitors as well.

How do I change my logo?

Please navigate to Kiosk Settings -> General Settings. Then select the location for which you want to change the logo. Then click on Browse option to select the logo image (PNG / JPG maximum size 2 MB) and then click Save. You can also change the accent color. e.g. a color matching your logo’s color scheme. The kiosk iPad app will be themed using the color specified here.

How do I set up Brother QL-820NWB printer?

You can use the Brother QL-820NWB printer to print visitor name badges on their check-ins. Follow these detailed instructions to set up the badge printer.
